The more good photos of your home, the better. Research shows that the combination of the guide price and good photography will maximise interest in the property. Every set of details we produce includes an accurate floor plan.

Applicants & Viewings

On a daily basis applicants register with us, to ensure that all buyers are aware of all the properties we offer an initial email of new listings is sent across. Remember that this also includes active purchasers, who are waiting for new listings to come to the market. We check any potential purchaser for their buying position before we arrange a viewing. We can arrange viewings, and hold keys whilst you are at work or away. We will of course give you as much notice as possible, and ask that the house is left in the best condition for viewing.
